Welcome to Zurie. These are the rules of the garden — short, readable, and in plain language. By creating an account or using Zurie you agree to them.
1.Who we are
Zurie lets you build an expressive, widget-based profile page (your "garden") and share it with the internet. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zurie web app, public garden pages, and connected services.
2.Your account
You need an account to create and edit a garden. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for everything that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Zurie.
3.Your content
Everything you put on your garden — text, images, stickers, widget data — stays yours. By publishing it on Zurie you give us the limited license we need to host, display, and back up that content so your page works.
You may not publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or harasses other people. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4.Connected services
Widgets can show data from services you connect, like Spotify, Steam, or Discord. Zurie only requests read access, never posts on your behalf, and disconnecting a service revokes the stored token.
Your use of a connected service stays subject to that service's own terms.
5.Plans and billing
Zurie Free is free forever. Paid plans, when available, renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep paid features until the end of the billing period.
6.Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping other users' data, no attempting to break authentication, no using gardens to distribute malware or spam, and no impersonating other people.
7.Termination
You can stop using Zurie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8.Disclaimers and changes
Zurie is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will give you notice in the app or by email before it takes effect.
